Pathfinder made changes to the R44 requirements for flight instructors giving flight instruction in the R44. Flight instructors must now have logged at least 200 hours in helicopters where previously it was 400 hours.
For all R22, R44 and R66 models, flight instructors giving flight instruction must now have completed the Robinson Helicopter Company (RHC) Pilot’s Factory Safety Course during the preceding eight (8) years, extending the time from the previously preceding six (6) years.

The introduction of a 30 day policy, the coverage and requirements are the same as our annual policy, but the term is for 30 days, and is non-refundable. This policy can be renewed for three consecutive terms (90 consecutive days) without resubmitting an application.

We introduced a policy called the Delivery/Ferry Flight policy to meet the specific requirements for coverage for ferrying helicopters from Robinson Helicopter Company’s factory.

Pathfinder launched our website as an informational tool for its customers. The website is designed to provide up to date information about our coverage and requirements in addition to making it easier for our customers to have access to our most recent forms, ranging from the applications to the endorsements and the pilot information form.
